We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Box Office & Audience Services Coordinator. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our events operation, ensuring every audience member has a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they book their ticket.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for audience enquiries, managing ticket sales and bookings across our online platform and by phone. Day to day, you’ll handle booking queries, process refunds or exchanges, and liaise with front of house teams to ensure accurate attendance reporting. On event days, you’ll be on the ground supporting access needs and helping things run to time.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a box office, customer service, or events environment
  • Confident communicator — written and verbal
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
  • A calm head when things get busy
  • Genuine enthusiasm for live events and audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience with ticketing platforms
  • Knowledge of access requirements and inclusive practice
